Late Payment, Fees, and Legal Action:

The Borrower agrees to pay the amount due under this Credit Agreement within 30 days from the date of the invoice or statement issued by .

If the Borrower fails to make payment in a timely manner as specified in Clause 1 above, the Borrower shall be subject to the following charges:
- Late Fees: A late fee of the total amount due shall be imposed for each month or partial month that the payment remains outstanding. The late fee shall be added to the total amount due at the beginning of each month until the outstanding balance is settled.
- Interest Accrual: In addition to the late fees, any amount owed by the Borrower beyond the specified payment deadline shall accrue interest at a rate of 6% of the total amount due per month. The interest shall be added to the total amount due at the beginning of each month until the outstanding balance is settled.

If the Borrower fails to make payment within 30 days from the specified payment deadline, reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to collect the outstanding balance. In such instances, the Borrower shall be liable for the following:
- Court Costs: The Borrower shall bear the responsibility for all court costs and expenses incurred by in relation to any legal action taken to collect the outstanding balance.
- Attorney Fees: The Borrower shall be responsible for paying the reasonable attorney fees incurred by in pursuing the collection of the outstanding balance.

The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the late fees, interest accrual, court costs, and attorney fees specified in this clause are reasonable and necessary to compensate for the additional expenses and efforts involved in addressing delinquent payments.
