DDB will not be responsible for product that has damages due to shipping once it has been accepted by customer. Please inspect product thoroughly before accepting, if any damage is found please refuse shipment and notify your DDB Rep immediately.
Repair and RMA Policy
All repairs and returns are on an individual basis to be determined by DDB Unlimited management. Any alterations made by the customer (or their affiliates) or by DDB Unlimited at customer’s request, may affect the Return Policy of DDB Unlimited. All returns may be subject to a standard 25% restocking fee as determined by DDB Unlimited management.
- No Returns will be given after 45 days of the Invoice Date.
- All Accessories are Non Refundable nor Returnable.
- All custom built Products are not Cancellable, Refundable nor Returnable.
